A young Blue Fang trotted up to the Queen’s chamber with a small bouquet of flowers grasped in his mouth. He knocked on the door, and a guard opened the door. He looked down at Blue, who smiled. “Blue Fang for Kydra,” he said, his voice a bit muffled thanks to the bouquet.

The guard slammed the door in his face.

The nymph’s ears drooped and he walked off, disappointed.

Days one and two were pretty boring for the blue-fanged changeling. He instead occupied his time with old songs amongst other things. Day three was different.
